The Challenge

In tech companies directed by a collective founding team (e.g., three managing partners), securing multi-signature approvals for official documents is a major bottleneck. The existing process relied on fragmented email threads and asynchronous PDF signing, leading to delayed executions and lost version control on critical legal documents.

The Architecture & Solution

I designed a streamlined, secure governance dashboard specifically tailored for multi-partner authorization. The core feature is a "Three-Key Authentication" tracking widget. It visually maps the exact status of a document (Pending, Reviewed, Signed) for each specific partner using circular progress indicators. The UX flow forces sequential review, preventing any single partner from overriding the collective consensus.

The Impact

The dashboard eradicated email-based signature chasing. Document turnaround time was reduced by 60%, and the company achieved a flawless 100% on-time execution rate for all internal corporate decisions during the following quarter.
